For safety, trust, and compliance purposes, we may also process user Inputs and generated Outputs through automated and manual moderation controls, including NSFW detection for explicit sexual content and nudity. If content is flagged as prohibited or high-risk, we may block processing, withhold delivery, or restrict account access as described in our Terms. We may retain related safety signals and review records as necessary for fraud prevention, abuse handling, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.

AI Model and Independent Product Disclosure

  • We may use third-party AI model providers (for example, Google Gemini) to process content and generate outputs.
  • The model provider used for a request may change over time as we improve availability, quality, and safety.
  • SumNail is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, YouTube, TikTok, Bilibili, Xiaohongshu, or other referenced platforms.
  • References to third-party platform names or marks are for descriptive and compatibility purposes only.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide the Services
  • maintain accounts and transaction records
